Rise of the Phoenix uses permaculture designs to make most of the ingredients for their products. These elaborate gardening techniques are most harmonious with the natural landscape of the earth and pose the least harm to the environment. Rise of the Phoenix also uses organic farming practices that encourage healthy soil, responsible use of rainwater, and local plant growth that in turn helps local wildlife thrive.

Their body products are made from biodegradable, plant-based ingredients that they grow primarily on their 2 acres. Any ingredients that they are unable to grow they source from reputable businesses. They also have products that contain beeswax produced by their own beehives, which helps foster the relationship between pollinators and plants.
Herbal Infusions
The apothecary produces and sells their popular, herb-infused honeys with a wide variety of flavors, including an immune-building elderberry. Their honey is made on-site by their bees. Additionally, they have herbal-infused vinegar that can be used for a number of delicious dishes to create healthy, new flavors.

The apothecary promotes the importance of reusing materials by creating a “return and refill” system to counter unnecessary waste. Simply return (clean) glass jars and bottles and they’ll wash and sterilize them and reuse the containers in the future. Doing this conserves energy and water, and reduces our collective CO2 footprint.
